cabot: signing keys with multiple UIDs

Hi,
I've come across a problem with cabot signing, where the default UID
isn't the first UID. Take an example of this - keyid 435AF2AF has
10 UIDs attached, but number 10 is marked as the "default UID".
(This key isn't mine... but I noticed the problem when I was going
to sign it.)
Now, compare the order of the gpg --list-key listing, and the
gpg --edit-key listing of that key, and notice that they're
different.
This leads cabot to select the wrong UIDs to sign.
