Sounds good.  If you create script/ , and stick ca-createsendout
ca-dosign ca-recv ca-sendout there, the

%.1: %
        pod2man --release=3D"$(VERSION)" --center=3Dcabot $< $@

rule won't break.  If you have ca-* and other files in one directory,
getting it working is harder.

So: script/ , lib/ , etc/ , doc/ will likely work.
