Hello,

I'ld like to point out 3 suggestions, which I hope you'll find usefull,
too:

1) Let the scripts add an header "Precedence: junk" to all emails sent by
   them. This would make it easier to process these mails in general and
   avoid mail-loops in particular. Please see the procmailrc(5) manpage
   and

2) It seems as if the mail "new key in tosign" is sent to both adresses,
   $CONFIG{'BCCmail'} and $CONFIG_realaddress.

3) The link to the file downloads (source distribution) on
   http://www.palfrader.org/cabot/ might be broken, as I cannot find any
   files on the page it is pointing to,
   http://alioth.debian.org/project/showfiles.php?group_id=1457
