Sorry for the messy commit, the debian/changelog should not have been
commited with the bugfix. I'm testing current trunk to see if we can:

    - tag it and release it as version 0.0.`date +%Y%m%d`
    - make a debian upload to experimental that would fix some of the
      open wishlist bugs currently open against the package.

I think you will agree with me that cabot is not the most pleasant
software to test, so I've added a dummy keyserver (unsing onak) on a
slow link on nowwhat.lateralis.org for testing purpose so as not to
pollute the keyspace. Your help in the testing is appreciated :-)
