More questions about Echolot (still trying to be reliable)

Seeing error messages helped, but it showed that all day, there were no bounces from hermes back to the pinger
(which I would think would imply that the remailer is rather reliable). But... Echolot is reporting only about
47-50% uptime. This is an improvement from where it was before (I killed SpamAssassin and that seemed to do it),
but I was expecting more of an improvement, especially with no bounce messages.

My question is this. Does the uptime percentage cover the total average of the last 12 days, the last 1 day, or
less? I'm thinking that if it's for the whole 12 days, then I need to wait a bit so the days when the remailer was
down for 3 days (for thinking that there were no reliable remailers anywhere, for some strange reason), and the
percentage will just magically go up.

Is this correct, or do I need to keep troubleshooting, since I'm only at 50%?

Thanks.
