[Nym3-devel] resend commands

[Marco A. Calamari]

Yesterday 22.00 GMT I re-issued 50 command on 4 different
 nyms and got exactly 0 answers. I'm using the
 new versiona patched as directed in list.

The network reliability (cside metric) is 96%.

Can I have miss something on the whole thing ?
