This first dump is the base64-encoded of the email containing the
mixminion message. The actual content is the following.

This is indeed a valid SUMMARIZE request from user `zax', requestion a
maximum of 42 synopsis (did not check the signature though, because I
can't).

I've checked my nymserver log, and I got similar messages (sadly, only
one). Cut the base64 chunk, decode it to a file and feed it to stdin
of `nymbarond process' (as the nymserv user). I did it for the error I
had and it processed fine. Since you told me on irc you've got several
of these messages I'm interested in what you can get from manually
processing them.
