I think we should allow MIME messaging and that the repackaging should
happen on the server.  This ensures that all users of that server remain
in a single anonymity set regardless of their client version and
configuration.

MIME probably does aid the spread of malware.  The same would be true of
anything beyond plain text, but as we want a nym user to interact with
non-anonymous emailers in the most transparent manner possible, then I
think MIME becomes a definite requirement.
