[Nym3-devel] Account expiration.

Hello,
We need a way to tell when the server got the last correctly signed
control command from a particular nym, so that we can expire accounts
after some time of inactivity (I know I have accounts registered on
nowwhat for which I just rm'ed the account data on the client). Also,
we should provide such expiration facility, maybe directly in the
server command or as auxiliary scripts.
Looking at the file timestamp on the server is not an option: the
`clean-surbs' command for example touches it. Anyway, we want
something more robust if/when we switch to something else than file
based data storage (think HUGE! think SQL! think Web 2.0).
So, I plan to add another nym data in $USER.dat, something like
a "lastSeen" timestamp. Objection?
